Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and EroVision (“EroVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of erovision.net and any related services (the “Services”).

By accessing the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

The Services contain sexually explicit material intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. You may not access the Services from any jurisdiction where such material is unlawful, and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your location.

1. The Services

EroVision is a members-only streaming site offering a curated archive of erotic films and series. Anyone may browse the catalog — titles, descriptions, credits, and community rankings — free of charge. Playback and downloads require a paid membership.

We do not use traditional user accounts. Membership access is granted through a personal access token delivered by email and stored in your browser.

The Services are not designed to comply with sector-specific regimes such as HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA. If your use would be subject to those laws, do not use the Services.

2. Access Tokens

After purchase we email you an access token and a claim link. Redeeming the link stores a signed cookie in your browser that identifies you as a member.

Your token is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping it confidential and for all activity that occurs under it. Because we do not maintain accounts or passwords, we cannot verify ownership of a lost token beyond the purchase record, and we may be unable to restore access if it is lost.

We may suspend or revoke any token at any time, without refund, if we reasonably believe it has been shared, resold, or used in breach of these Terms. If we revoke your token, you may not obtain another one, whether under the same or a different email address.

3. Intellectual Property

We own or license the rights in the Site itself — its source code, design, branding, logos, catalog metadata, and editorial descriptions. Films and series available through the Services remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and to stream or download content you have properly gained access to, for your own personal use.

4. Your Representations

By using the Services you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms, that you meet the age requirement stated above, that you will not access the Services by automated means, and that your use will not violate any applicable law.

5. Membership and Payment

Membership costs $5.00 per month. All prices are in US dollars and may change; we will communicate any price change in accordance with applicable law.

We accept payment by PayPal (through Ko-fi) and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT and others, through NOWPayments). We do not receive or store your payment card details.

You agree to provide a current and accurate email address so we can deliver your access token and contact you about your membership.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may correct pricing errors even after payment has been requested or received.

6. Renewal and Cancellation

Ko-fi memberships renew automatically on a monthly cycle until cancelled. You consent to your payment method being charged on a recurring basis without prior approval of each charge.

Cryptocurrency memberships do not renew. Each payment grants a single term of access, and you must make a new payment to continue. We may send a reminder before the term ends, but continued access is your responsibility.

To cancel a recurring membership, cancel the subscription from your Ko-fi account or the recurring payment from your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and access continues until that term ends. We are happy to help if you have trouble cancelling, but we cannot cancel a Ko-fi or PayPal recurring payment on your behalf.

7. Refunds

All sales are final and no refunds are issued.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Underpaid, late, or incorrectly sent transactions may not be credited and may not be recoverable.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, resell, lend, or otherwise transfer your access token or membership to any other person.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any access control, paywall, signed playback link, or other security feature of the Services.
• Use any automated means — bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar — to access, monitor, or copy the Services or our catalog data.
• Submit false, duplicate, or automated votes, comments, or suggestions, or otherwise manipulate community rankings.
• Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods or services.
• Access the Services if you are under 18, or under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or misrepresent your age.
• Submit content that depicts or references any minor, or that is otherwise unlawful.
• Impersonate another person, harass our staff, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

9. Comments, Votes, and Other Submissions

The Services let members post comments on titles and submit suggestions for the catalog (“Contributions”). Contributions are publicly viewable and should be treated as non-confidential.

All Contributions are reviewed before publication. We may accept, reject, edit, re-categorise, or delete any Contribution at any time, for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor Contributions, and publishing one is not an endorsement of it.

When you post a Contribution you warrant that it is your own, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or spam. You retain ownership of your Contributions and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute them in connection with the Services.

Comments that discuss a title function as reviews. They reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours, and we accept no liability for them.

10. Third-Party Sites, Content, and Advertising

The Services link to third-party sites, including Ko-fi and our social media profiles, and display advertising from third-party networks to non-members. We do not investigate, monitor, or endorse third-party sites, content, or advertisers, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with them are solely between you and them.

11. Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe material available on or through the Services infringes a copyright you own or control, email us at [email protected] with the title, the URL, a description of the work, and a statement of your authority to act. We will review the report and remove infringing material promptly.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

We may deny access to the Services — including by blocking IP addresses or revoking tokens — at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for breach of these Terms or of any applicable law. We may also remove any content you have posted at any time.

13. Modifications and Interruptions

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Services at any time without notice, and we may update these Terms by revising the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

We cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, maintenance, or discontinuation.

14. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

The Services are hosted in the United States and Slovenia. If you access them from elsewhere, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in those countries.

15. No Guarantees

EroVision is provided as is. We can’t promise the site will always be available, that every listing is accurate, or that playback will work on every device. Use it at your own risk.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any policies posted on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder stays in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

Visiting the Services, emailing us, and completing forms on the Services are electronic communications, and you consent to receive notices and agreements from us electronically.
